1. About this website
This website is operated by TASE Technologies Ltd. (Singapore). It describes the TASE algorithmic trading system and lets visitors submit an application. By using the website you accept these terms.
2. No investment contract
No investment, management or brokerage contract is formed through this website. Submitting an application does not oblige either party to anything. Services start only after both parties sign a client agreement and the client confirms the risk disclosure.
3. Information on the website
All content is provided for general information. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice and not an offer in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful. Charts and examples are illustrative. Plan names, fees and capital ranges may change; the terms in the signed client agreement prevail.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements. You are responsible for making sure that using the services is permitted where you live. We may decline any application without giving a reason.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale or submit false information. Applications with false data may be rejected.
6. Intellectual property
The TASE name, eye logo, texts, visuals and code on this website belong to TASE Technologies Ltd.. Exchange names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe data connections.
7. Liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the website or from reliance on its content. Market data shown on the website may be delayed or inaccurate.
