Capacity Policy

Draft text. To be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
1. Why capacity is limited
Each active account consumes dedicated real-time data streams and AI inference capacity on our Singapore servers.
2. Current status
Entry plans (Spark, Pulse, Core, Vision; capital from $50 to $1,000) are temporarily closed because all capacity allocated to them is in use. Accounts above $1,000 (Prime, Elite, Private Desk) run on separate capacity and are open.
3. Waitlist
When a cycle is full, new applications join the waitlist in order of submission and are invited when new capacity becomes available.
4. Future changes
As capacity is reallocated, TASE plans to raise the minimum capital for new entry-plan clients. Changes are announced on the website and in the Telegram channel in advance.
5. Existing clients
Active clients keep their plan and agreed terms for as long as their account remains active. An account inactive or disconnected for more than 60 days may lose its reserved slot.
6. Larger accounts
Prime (over $1,000), Elite (from $5,000) and Private Desk (from $25,000) are served on separate capacity and are not subject to entry-plan cycles.
Capital at risk. No guaranteed returns.
